AX Technical Support leads
• Dynamics AX Development Lead or Dynamics AX Support Lead experience with strong Technical skills.
• Proficiency in MS AX 2012 R3 and AX 7.0 (Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in Dynamics Retail OR SCM OR Financial Areas (Both Technical & Functional).
• Lead positions required below soft skills:
o Effective, polished interaction with End Customer & Microsoft Support teams at the appropriate technical depth.
o Strong Communication and Customer support skills and have an Ability to work across organization functional boundaries.
o High Proficiency in Troubleshooting, Logical and Critical thinking, Analytical problem solving, Cross-team collaboration

Notes for above positions
1. We are looking for candidates who are more into technical side and should have functional knowledge of Finance module and Retail Module (mpos/epos). The ratio of 60 (technical expertise): 40 (Functional knowledge)
2. Candidates should be flexible for 24/5 or 24/7 shifts. Please check with them before submitting. Based on our experience, mostly male candidates prefer these kinds of roles.
